Pacific Woods Apartments

It's home sweet home From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response   Initially moved into a 1 bed 1 bath in March 2002 and just recently upgraded to a 2 bed 1 bath. For the last 2 years we've seen a constant flow and change of the management staff as of thus there has been at least 5 different teams since. The current management team seem very nice and hopefully they last at least a year. The old growth trees and the landscaping is nice. Maintenance requests are done quickly and with little or no hastle. It's fairly quiet but there seems to be more and more kids on the property. The laundry rooms are nasty and usually there's always 2 or 3 either washer machines or dryers that are out of whack. They are improving the grounds and currently fixing the car ports and have done various improvements on the grounds but still have a way to go.
