The one bedroom vs. the studio they seem to be the same layout except the one bedroom has a living room and a larger kitchen. The rooms have many windows to let in the sunlight. If you have a chance stay upstairs in #12. It is quite choice with the outside patio. Some of the studios do not have kitchenettes.

Quiet & Close to Beach - They will allow small pets!
The one bedroom vs. the studio they seem to be the same layout except the one bedroom has a living room and a larger kitchen. The rooms have many windows to let in the sunlight. If you have a chance stay upstairs in #12. It is quite choice with the outside patio. Some of the studios do not have kitchenettes.

very nice apts, nice people - We lived at Med. from 2002-2005. Apartments are very nice -- large with good natural light.
