very nice apts, nice people - We lived at Med. from 2002-2005. Apartments are very nice -- large with good natural light. Overall Nice Place - We lived here for over a year and the only issue we had was a cranky downstairs neighbor. The floors might be a little less insulated then they should be. - Loved the view! Some of the apartments (including mine) have an excellent ocean view. All are within close proximity to Leadbetter Beach, which isn't the nicest of beaches, but ok for surfing in the winter, and better than no beach at all.
