I shared a 2 bedroom apt with 3 other roommates here. The living room was large and the kitchen was fairly large as well. This apt has a great view of the ocean and a large sun deck.It's across the street from city college. The bus stops are right in front. It's near downtown and stores. I never had any problems here. The managers lived above us. They were friendly but seemed inorganized. Management didn;t know that some of us lived there because the managers didn?t do their paperwork right. The grounds were maintained. Maintenace was ok. They repaired stuff within a week. My overall experience there was ok. I?d recommend it.
