The complex is nicely kept. The studios are EXTREMELY small, but they offer month to month lease, so it's a good place to stay for short term leasing. There is one NON-COVERED on-site parking for each unit, all other cars must be parked on the street, which is a pain. The area is quiet (except for the occasional highway noise and ambulance sirens: really close to 101, and hospital is only 2 blocks away). The walls of the apartments are thin, can hear neighbor's noise rather well.
Rent is in the middle-low range.
