I am moving out becase my roommates had a party for the fourth of July and the landlord found out and it kicking all of us out. It was not even my party I was trying to sleep, and I explained that to her. But all she did was yell at me and call me names, I could not believe it. I working the apartment management business and I never treat me residents like this. It was our 1st warning too, so I think that is very unreasonable. Also because I never signed a leasse to move-in, so I never really know the rules. So now we have a 30 days to move out, but she can do that because the law is you must give 60 days to have someone move out, she is stupid, and a pain in the butt. Don't move in here, it won't be good.
