IF YOU RENT HERE YOU WILL BE MISERABLE.
Besides having a great location for students this place is TERRIBLE. The manager will harass you if your roommates don't pay on time even though you paid your amount well before the rent is even due. They will harass the most responsible one in the apartment.


You will never get a parking space! I was in a 2 bedroom apartment and they told me my space was number 29. Well they told 2 other people it was their space too, so they battle the tenants against each other and give the tenant's giant orange stickers to place on your window. THIS STICKERS DO NOT COME OFF! They damage your window and leave a horrible residue. Other tenants duke it out over parking spaces and even if your lease says a certain number for your parking spot. IT DOES NOT MATTER. You don't get a parking space and will be forced to park at SBCC (which is full enough as is). They only cater to tenants who have been there for 10 years.
They HATE STUDENTS and will harass you and threaten to kick you out for no reason. They'll blame noise on you when it's other tenants in the complex. They even will harass you at work and literally....(now this is not an exaggeration) CURSE AND YELL AT YOU ON THE PHONE. They also accused me of shutting my door too loud, another stupid and untrue accusation, they will try to pin anything on you.


This complex is run by elderly couple and they easily forget things, they will not remember anything and you'll have to remind them constantly.
To get your deposit back is really DIRTY AND TRICKY. You MUST find a new replacement for yourself and the replacement pays YOU the deposit. I moved out over a month ago and I'm STILL trying to get it back, even though they are now renting to my replacement. You basically have to threaten to sue them.


Noise isn't terrible but it's not good either. Bums often rummage through the garbage cans here.


They also won't refund any money you lose through the washing machines and are ruthless when it comes to quarters.


They also send in the maintenance crew while you are sleep without your knowledge and start ripping out the walls while you're sleeping and then leave you in the dark as to what is wrong and what is going on, and they will leave the cabinet doors ripped off and never return to fix them, and they will only return to fix the gaping whole in the wall weeks later.


They say PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED but they lie, there are cats and dogs for a lot of tenants and when you confront them as to why there are pets and if you can have one, they will tell you those are medical dogs, even though it's complete BS.
The rent is about 100 - 200 dollars higher than most places.
They have a pool but its right below the landlord's office and not private at all.
If you haven't realized yet, DO NOT RENT HERE. Save your money and save your sanity, if you visit don't let the great location fool you, ITS NOT WORTH IT.
