Owner is terrible

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
The owner is old and miserable. She is completely lost on how to relate to other people. Picture the old, crazy, mean neighbor we all have lived near at some point in our lives and now imagine renting an apartment from her. I highly recommend staying away from living at Harbor Heights Manner.
