Plumbing is atrocious. Maintenance on the pool was initiated during the summer ('!)and has been unavailable June, July and who knows how much longer since no one seems to be actively working on it more than a day or two each week. Management has provided no details to tenants. Highly recommended if you like to be woken by leaf blowers before 8am. Walls have no insulation against climate or noise. And with all this you can expect significant yearly rent increases with no promise of any improvements.
