I lived in the La Colina Garden Apartments for over a year and a half with my son, while he attended La Colina Junior High School. The Garden Apartments were perfect for us and management was the best. I cannot say enough about how much work and love go into managing the apartments by Sharon Lianzo and her staff. Dedicated, professional - the best. These are the people you want to manage your property. The work force led by Jamie, who has been there for almost 10 years, is second to none, along with his team. When something needed taking care of it was done. You couldn't meet a nicer guy.
Never was there an issue with deposits. I lived there with my dog and received full reimbursement on all but the normal cleaning fees so the place was ready for the next, like it was when I arrived.
I highly recommend La Colina Garden Apartments becuase there are so many great and friendly people living there. It is a clean safe environment with well kept garden settings and solid caring management.
