This is a great place to live. The community is awesome. Everyone hangs out at the hot tub and saunas at night. Laundry is right across from your front door (or pretty close). It used to be low in-come housing, but has been redone to make it nicer. Our condo had a great, long balcony off the front room and dining room. It is just an over great place to live for college students, families, everyone. Everyone seems to mix very well.
