Horrible This apartment is the most horrible place to live in Santa Barbara. Apartment building is old and appliances are falling apart. Landlord is greedy and shameless. He overcharges rent and never helps with any repairs. When I moved out, he took all the deposit and asked for more.

Awful! I lived there for 1 year and it was awful. The couple who runs it confuses you with someone else and can get you in real trouble if you don't watch out with rent and move out dates. Don't expect you deposit back, if you don't want to go to court of course.
