Great working-class apartment complex - I just moved in, but I already have some feedback I can share. I´m impressed with how quiet the complex is. The new apartment managers (they started mid-April) have been very responsive to requests, and are pleasant to deal with. This is a very quiet small (43-unit) complex, but they have an on-site maintenance person, and an organized method of requesting and tracking repairs.
