Don't be fooled by how nice the actual apartment looks. The insulation is so bad that you can hear anything that is happening in your neighbour's apartment. It is unbelievably noisy that i lost sleep. the apartments facing the parking are worse because of the noise that comes from either loud music played in cars, peoples conversation which you will be able to hear so clearly or big trucks. Not recommended at all!!!
