Apartment itself was fine. The problem was with the office. I got a notice one day (on a Saturday) saying I owed $3.12 and if it was not paid by the next day I would be served with an eviction notice. $3.12 of course was because their office calculated the pro-rate wrong.

I was there for a grand total of 3 months and they somehow managed to charge at move-out $100 for cleaning, $60 for carpet cleaning, and $167 for painting. This is completely ridiculous. I put no pictures up or anything like that.

Noise: This is under the airport flight path. Even worse was my downstairs neighbor (on 1st floor, I was on 3rd) who had all kinds of guys over fighting and slamming doors. She called the police a couple of times. The sad thing was that she was living there with 2 kids in a one-bedroom with all these violent, loud guys coming over at all hours.

Safety: Parking gate was broken for 5 weeks. Non-residents are swimming in the pool with their clothes on and management doesn't care.
