My experience at the Balmoral has been wonderful!! I have enjoyed an immaculate community setting and my amazing home with all of the amenities I was looking for, most important was Washer/Dryer in the home and a large NEW Kitchen. This home has it all!!
I have nothing but good things to say about the office staff here. I have always received the best service. If anything ever goes wrong in my home the office staff is right on it and available 24/7. They seem to care a lot about their residents and the building. I have always had same day service for any requests I have made.
My family has enjoyed the safety of a gated community, I also like that my car is in a gated, covered area. The location of the building is great for my family as we use the Cal Train to get to work or play in the City. I have lived in many communities with hundreds of units, this is the most quiet setting I have ever lived in!! My kids and I are safe here when home alone. I know if I need anything I can call the office. We are by the train, but from my unit I hear very little if anything.
My family has loved to see movies on the free movie days in the Movie Theater. They play a variety for adults and children which has been a bonus for us on a rainy day. I use the gym whenever I can sneak away, it s great with a small community I have it all to myself usually!!
I plan to continue to call Balmoral my home! We love it here and would not want to live anywhere else.
I feel bad for people who have nothing better to do with their lives than make up lies to avoid responsibility.
I personally have been into a unit which was empty and saw the disgust and damage which was caused. I was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED to see that people can live that way!!
SAD BUT YOU SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FILTH!!

Clearly the story comes from the Balmoral's management. Balmoral Management: It is apparent that you are very unaware of the laws for Posting false claims such as you have done. This is an illegal act as stated on this site when you authorized the posting to be submitted. There will be consequences for posting such adds should you choose to continue with this illegal activity :)))
