Horrible Apartments.. There are much better places than this

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
 
Apartments are very old... Fixtures are old too.Maintenance non existent. I lived there fo 3 years only because of lower rent and moved out as soon as i found a much better and more affordable place. Manager is racially discriminative when it comes to changing rent.
