Lots of problems here.

Although this complex is called "The Family Tree" one has to go no further than the kids' playground in the front to see a very dangerous childrens play-gym made from plastic.

There are shards of broken plastic sticking out all over it, and the management has be non-responsive to complaints about it. It's a safety hazard. The playground itself is rarely re-filled with sand (for safety) and the swings are broken and dangling.

The lighting at the apartments is so poor as to be dangerous for late night workers.

Parking is poor.

Management is unresponsive to general maintenance requests, and never returns phone calls.

Take a look at the landscaping. It is awful. Trees and bushes overhang balconies, and have overgrown the decks. It's a mess.

They're fixing up the clubhouse, with an adult gym and ameneties, but they are ignoring the fundamentals - Maintenance, Safety, Cleanliness.

Rotten Management in need of a change.
