Please don?t move in

I am not recommending anything. Please do following to reach your decision:
1. Go to Children?s playing area (Thery would say it looks so becoz of pending renovation. it has always been like that)
2. Walk arouind the property, specially near the dumpsters...don?t they stink BAD
3. If you happen to meet a tenant, please do ask about the maintenance. Believe me you are going to get horrow stories.
4. Talk to Maria in office. Her niceness, courtsey and smile would make you believe that she is the best person in the whole wide world. Wait till you move in. She would treat you like dirt. Don?t believe me! go there a couple of times and if you are lucky, you might find her talking to a present tenant.
5. Maintenance guys don?t care much about mgmt orders. Its like a union or something. they would come when they want to and if they don?t want....keep on waiting.
6. On top of everything...it is all in the name of renovation. First treat present people right, attend existing requests and then worry about future "renovation"
7. Apparently even talking to main manager would not help. It seems nobody cares about what a tenant wants. They do thing as it pleases them.
If you still don?t blieve me, I would suggest you take a chance and move here, maybe for a 3-6 months lease and you would figure out yourself.
Take it easy and good luck,
A ?stuck? tenant
