I have lived here just over a year and I like it a lot. Nothing is perfect so i do overlook some flaws.

One thing I am not happy about is the time it took to renovate the apartment complex. Before we moved in we were told that it would be ready by the summer... it is now the next summer and the pool was just finished. The fitness center is not available yet and there will be a fee.

The water bill is going to be passed on as of next month...I think its a bad thing

My car got broken into but the apartment is located next to a highschool

I think the maintenace staff was great... management could improve in the way they treat their employees... we heard the owner yelling at the maintenace staff one day...

Overall its an ok place to live...Could have been better if construction was not taking place. It was very loud and facilities were not available during our stay here.
