Years at this apartment: 1988 - 2004
I've lived n these apts for 17 years and am the last die hard to leave. I am currently looking to get out!!! The new management cares ONLY about making money, not that the apts are peoples home! The constuction, was suppose to last 4 months and it 's been over a year. The gym, that they have put in isn't available yet, it was suppose to be available 6/1/04, and when it is you have to PAY to use it! Water and garbage and gas are now being charged to the tenants. Isn't that suppose to be an emnity of apt living'' My vote on this place, no matter how nice they look, is forget it! Find another apt. or even better yet, for what FTA's charge you can rent a house!
