Don't get fooled by what management say to you, read the lease agreement carefully

I have been living here for many years, so I think I can really give a much accurate review about this place with many years of experience of living at this place.

Just don't believe what management says to you. They will act like a happy puppy if you are looking to sign up the lease. And as soon as you you sign the lease the same management people will treat you like an unwanted stray dogs. What they tell you and what is written in the lease does not match. And they will ask you to not believe what is written in the lease terms. Big Big cheaters. so just don't get fooled by the sweet talk.
Also they will rip you off in utilities, I have to pay more than $70 for water, no matter if I use any water or not. And they say it is a subsidized rate. Seems like they call their own tax as subsidy. And they won't provide any information why they charge so much.
They had a big fire few years back burning couple of apartments, and seems like the fire dept has given management hard enough time. So they are enforcing ridiculous rules in the apartments such as no keys to your own car garage doors. If you don't close the garage door they send you fine of $10 for every occurrence.

They consider you using your own cloths washer as a fire hazard.

Also they keep on working on some construction inside all the time causing lots of noise. If your baby needs a nap in daytime, forget about it.

Also they charge hefty deposit ($1000 per pet) if you have a pet here. Fortunately I don't have a dog or cat.

Now some good parts:
Maintenance people (in green uniform) are prompt on fixing.
If you stay longer your rent does not increase as much as market. That means you save some money by taking the forceful bad treatment.
Complex has good amount of greenery inside.
No deposit for keeping fish.
