Have you noticed that after every negative review there is a positive review in here. Thats because the positive review is from the management itself. Why not considering that all the people from manager to maintenence people live right in this apartment. Every tenant that I talked to are not happy with the management,the maintenence people and their freinds get their carpets cleaned and windows cleaned at no cost and at their whims. but when a tenant asks for a carpet clean they just plain refuse. So either you lick the management and the maintenence people's ass and get things done in your house or pay and get it done.
They are such a shabby apartment from inside and increase the rent like they are one of those good apartments like avalon. Had I known that they wouild increase my rent by 20% in a year I would have never moved here. They do not increase the rent if they know you well or invite them for food and parties. But if you dont know the maintenence and management well they will be plain RUDE.

Also major decisions are taken bot by the so called "manager" but by a maintenence guy who calls all the shots.

So do not be fooled by the appearance of the outside of the apartment. It is always nice. but inside it sucks. never have I lived in an apartment where you can hear your neighbor discuss their bank balance.and what not'
