I stayed at 2 different apartments in this complex over approximately 2 years.

First off, the apartment is old. If you are ok with that then you won't have many problems.

Management was ok. They responded quickly to a couple of maintenance problems that I encountered without many problems. Don't sign any long term leases like a few previous reviewers did unless you plan to actually stay the duration. What did they expect'

The place isn't furnished with exception of the basics, stove, and fridge stuff.

There are washing machines in most of the complexes, but they are frequently "in use". Don't do your laundry on Sunday evening, and everything should be fine.

There is no air conditioning, so it can get a little warm in the summer months.

They have a community swimming pool and tennis court.

The best thing about this place is the location. Close to major highways 101 and 880. There are plenty of other shops close by. Your have your choice of a dozen different fast food places within walking distance.

Security is almost absent. I think they hire an outside agency to inspect things at night, but I only very rarely saw them.

The place is noisy. Guaranteed there will likely be some ignorant neighbors and obnoxious kids ruining your peace and quiet.

Overall, I'd stay at this place again. Mostly because of the location and that the grounds are well maintained. I also like rampaging squirrels... and lucky for me there seems to be an abundance of them
