The reason why I didn't give my name is, still I am staying in this apartment. Regarding the Management Key is OK and Jennifer (Newly joined) is good. Other guy who is taking care of Maintenence work is very bad. I think his name is Shawn. He needs to improve his attitude and make maintenance things faster. If you complain anything related to maintenance, he never accept. He will say it is/was good or it will be like that. Even if it is their fault, they take long time to repair. Very very poor problem sovling. They have to realize "people don't complain for the TIME PASS"

DIS : It is adjecent to Lawrace and Halford Ave. You can hear vehicle sounds from both sides, if you open windows.
You should bare bugs and insects. If you keep open your doors, you can see lots of bugs, insects in your home. They need to maintain trees. But they are not doing that I think.
Regarding DEPOSIT, I need to wait for some more time. I will update that later because still I am staying in the apartment.

ADV : There is a lots of Greenary in the Apartment.
They have marble counter tops in kitchen and bathroom.
Kithen flooring is good.
They have extra store room in the house.
