Very bad. Dont forget to photograph everything when you are leaving. I was charged 1000 dollars for just 6 months. The linoleum and couter tops they claimed I damaged was just as when I moved in.



Also it was some "acco management company" who doesnt even have a phone for you to get in touch with after they send you a bill who was sending me notices.





It seems like a front and you dont know who to talk to.




Also after I left I had changed my address at the post office. but it takes some time for you to start receiving the mail. If no one has moved into your appartment, most places will let you go back and just look for your mail at least one time. but not Halford garden. They bang the phone down. the women who works in the office is a -----.




It is not noisy sometime, but all the time.


There are security issues. People are walking in all the time asking for money. It is unsafe.


I did not worry about the reviews I read here and paid for it. disregard it and you will pay. This place is a nightmare.
