I don't understand why a lot of people don't recommend this place. Compared to where we used to live by Starbird Park, this place is GREAT! Management is friendly and maintenance is very helpful. We have a nice little view by the lagoon, a private balcony, fireplace, bar stand and more! This apartment complex is very competitive in that is has some of the largest floor-plans compared to other apartments. Our one bedroom is 823sqf!!! Most importantly, this neighborhood is very quiet and you can actually sleep in until any time you want! My husband and I love it! We only pay $1175, it's such an amazing deal compared to where we were before. There is an on-site GYM with brand new equipment. I even quit my GYM membership elsewhere. The pool is large and it's never crowded and neither is the hot tub! Great place for an unbeatable price!!!

It's great for new renters. Just wait till you renew couple of times - when renewing, you'll be paying 200 more than new renters.

All the best dude. Rate this again after few years of staying there. I thought the same way when I joined initially. BTW, do not forget about 80-100 USD that you are going to pay every month as utilities.

It was the same at our first apartment too. They raised the rent $90 a year and charged $50 JUST for water and garbage (excluding electricity). So, we're not too surprised. Unfortunately, some apartments are like that.
