Apart from cosntruction

There is no parking for handicapped, vistors or guests.
If you have two cars, you get garage parking for only one.
In some buildings the garages are closed and since there is no surface parking in the complex or oustide it, you are stuck.

Besides we have seen our utilities bill skyrocket. You will be paying for the water and elctricty bills of construction because it is one huge bill that comes to Mansion Grove that is split amongst all residents.

Despite asking for several months, the managemnet is not telling us how they are separating the water/electricity costs of the construction. We feared our utilities bills will go and they have. By 40%
