Of all the apartment complexes in and around the area, Mansion Grove used to have a spacious compound with lots of trees, parking spaces and nice views from many of the apartments. Unfortunately, because of Prometheus group's greed and utter carelessness to its residents, all the above good features are being taken away forcefully. You cannot even imagine the level of construction that is being done in the campus.

When most of the current residents signed their leases, the management duped them by using the word 'renovation' instead of a major 'construction'. Flyers were sent out a month in advance of the construction which is utterly ridiculous considering the fact there are around 870 apartments in the complex which are affected by the construction in one way or another that is planned for 21 months!!!

Most of the green trees are being brought down now with sudden water stoppage once in a while, dusty roads and pavements inside the complex, inefficient management and drastic reduction of community facilities such as fitness center and swimming pool. On top of that, they are rubbing all the utility expenses of this construction on its current residents. Need I say more'

After reading all this, you can decide for yourself if Mansion Grove is a good place to stay for you and your family (especially when you have kids) that you can call home. Beware of this dungeon!
