The complex was a great place to stay. The key word here is "WAS".
A few years back the staff was unhelpful but that was something I could deal with as this is close to work and the greenery was worth it. However, with the construction and lack of parking (due to construction) this is on longer true. The staff has turned from unhelpful to misleading.
I renewed my lease a few months back and at that time the office staff mentioned the construction is completely unlikely and within a week of my signing they send out notices with the construction schedule.
I wouldn't recommend this property until the construction is done at the very least. Even then, I'd ask people to look around and see if they can find something better at a comparable price.
