I came to be a resident 6 months ago, and now I am not sure if I will continue to be a resident. The place was beautiful, green, and so serene. Until a month ago, there has been one day notices or none to inform us of the work that is to be done surrounding the complex area. The point is, this place gives you practically no timely notice of what is being done, which affects your shower, your parking spot, your walk to the store or taking your children on walk to the park.

The complex shuttles you to your car about a mile and half away or you walk to your car in the new park area. SO if you need to get to your car in a hurry, good luck! And when did they decide to tell the residents' A day before!

Find out by coming here and checking out what's really going by asking for a time-line and sight plan of where the construction is at- which is in every part of mansion grove. Ask the tenants and see how they are assisting the tenants through the whole construction because they ARE NOT assisting us what so ever. SEe that there is no fire lane or how can EMT come and rescue someone who is hurt through all the construction tape off zone. OR how there is no wheelchair access anymore. What about the elderly who cannot walk down the stairs to get to their cars or a mother with two kids on stroller'
