This apartment used to be a great place to live, nice community, great maintainence, great managemenet, nice & clean, safe.

But I am expecting that these are going to change. A lot of constructions are starting in the midst of existing apartments, making it noisy, dusty. Parking is going to be a huge problem. 2 or 3 years ago they had renovations, but they gave a lot of notice and they made sure it was swift. It was also done for our benefit.

Now many of us seems betrayed. We renewed our lease couple of months ago, but they never told us about the intensity of the construction. Image a 5 story building coming up next your house, that's what we are talking about!

if you feel that bad, you should change your rating to 1 - not 3 which indicates you are ok with what's going in

You can break the lease based on what I am hearing from so many people here. The noise and inconvenience have reduced or eliminated the benefit of living there. Ask for a rent reduction. Go to small claims court.
