Rent keeps going up at double-digit percentage; the gym and pool are no longer available due to construction; kitchen appliances and cabinets are the same sad state as when I moved in; bathroom sink seems to drain through a cocktail straw even after maintenance. They're doing majorly disruptive construction on one side of the community. It's only a matter of time before they start tearing up the building I live in. I've not had trouble with the leasing office staff but something's wrong with the managing Prometheus. I'm looking to move far away from this place at first opportunity.

You presented our living conditions accurately. My appliances are old and inefficient. I am moving when my contract expires.
