Lived in Mansion Grove for several years. It was ok at the beginning (beautiful grounds, so and so apartment interiors), but things started deteriorating when Prometheus management took over a couple of years back.
Things have escalated to a point that Mansion Grove has become a MAJOR CONSTRUCTION SITE, that'll last for the next 21 months (that's the amount of time they claim now, let's see 6 months into it).
What do I mean with major construction' Well, the ERECTION OF 7 *NEW* BUILDINGS (of 4 and 5 floors) in a community that has today 24 (3 floors high).

They are building them where there were, once, our parking spaces (yes we are now asked to park our cars in a lot away from the complex), gardens (beautiful weeping willow trees are now gone), and even a swimming pool. We had 3 pools once, now one will be replaced by a new building and another is closed because of the remodeling of the leasing center. CLOSED in the middle of the summer, for the entire summer! That gives you an idea of how much the management cares about his tenants. Oh, did I mention there are *800* families sharing that remaining swimming pool'

If after this you are still interested to check it out (I'll be leaving soon), BE VERY CAREFUL OF WHAT THEY MAKE YOU SIGN. GET A COPY OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND READ IT CAREFULLY. THEY MAY TRY TO GET YOU GIVE AWAY YOUR RIGHTS TO COMPLAIN IF THE SITUATION W/ THE CONSTRUCTION BECOMES UNSUSTAINABLE TO YOU!!!!!!!!!

They are sneaky I warned you.

Accurate! Thank you for informing people looking for an apartment. Stay away from Mansion Grove!
