I'm really disgusted at the management at Mansion Grove and at Prometheus in general. They have started a MAJOR construction project which is anticipated to last 2 years (optimistic estimate). And they didn't even bother telling the residents about this until 2 weeks before construction began!!!!! I have never come across such underhanded methods. I signed my lease a few days before they announced the begin of construction - and guess what, they had even increased my rent! I am so disgused and livid!! The only way out of this is to break my lease, which I am pursuing.

The construction has now started, and if anyone is thinking of renting at Mansion Grove, or from another Prometheus property - just come and see for yourself what it is like (I've also heard that Prometheus has done this at another property as well - same tactics too). Just some and see for yourself esp. around the leasing office - a true war zone.

You said it for all of us! We are disgusted and just want out of Mansion Grove. Management has been underhanded and not told us the truth. Thanks for your excellent review
