Very noisy Apt. Lier managment and water shutt off every time. And here comes such nonsense email.
We're very grateful for your continued patience with the construction activity at Mansion Grove. Here's an update on our activities.

* New Parking along Mansion Park Drive
The new parking spaces along Mansion Park Drive are almost complete. A re-design, that created an additional 12 parking spaces, slowed us down by about a week. Striping should be up by the end of next week.
* Recreation/Leasing Building
The exterior of the recreation and leasing building has been painted, the scaffold is down, and our General Contractor will now begin replacing the roof. Inside, they should begin laying tile in designated areas and start painting some rooms. They will also begin the construction of new trellis structures on the pool deck this week as well. The plan is to deliver the new recreation and leasing building (with its new theatre, new fitness equipment, and an updated lounge) by mid-October 2008.
* Building A
The General Contractor plans to begin back-filling the sewer and water trenches and installing pipes in the electric, gas, cable, and phone utility.
* Building B
Our General Contractor plans to continue to fill in the pool excavation and to re-compact the soil. The excavation and grading of the new parking in front of Building B will also be taking place.
* Building C
The General Contractor will begin installing the sewer and water underground utility pipes directly in front of Building 440. They also plan to install new building exits for the residents of Building 440. These new exits will be located on either end of the building at the existing staircases. Please do not park any bicycles or motorcycles under the stair cases in Building 440 this week.
The Contractor plans to begin removing the concrete walls of the old parking ramp at Building 440. This work will be noisy during the day. By the beginning of next week they plan to begin filling in the old ramp and completing the grading in that area. Please be prepared to hear jack hammer noise during the removal of the concrete, which may cause some vibrations in the existing structure as well.
* Building D
Our General Contractor plans to install the fence in the Building D area on Monday August 11. By late Monday, August 11, or early Tuesday August 12 they plan to begin removing the trees in the parking island as well as a couple of trees near buildings 400 and 410. Please have your cars removed from the designated fence area by 10 a.m. on Monday, August 11. Our General Contractor will place signs or orange cones that will alert you to where they will be installing the fences in that area.

Please know that in the coming week you may experience noise associated with hammering, spraying, sawing, and paving activities as our General Contractor works on these projects. You will also hear and see concrete and paving trucks in several areas this week. Please expect large digging equipment and earth movers to continue to work in several areas this week as well. The tree removal team at Building D will be using a chipper and grinder to remove the tree trunks and stumps which will also create some noise. You may also hear large engines, back up-alarms, etc. Our General Contractor also anticipates that there will be some dust caused by these activities, but as always they will attempt to control the dust by using a watering system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your family.
