What do you mean by dangerous spiders?

In the first week after we moved in, we found a very big ugly hairy brown spider in our bedroom. Then the kind office staff arranged the spray for our apt. But only one month later, other spiders came again. Now we bought the Raid to clean them ourselves. And found the dead spiders all the times.
