This is a result of frustation and anger regarding construction that is taking place in the apartment complex while people are living in the area.
There are young children and old people who are getting affected due to noise and other kinds of pollution in the area. All this because of greed of the Prometheus family to squeeze in more buildings in an already over crowded area. Most people are "locked in" to contracts and have no way of moving out or terminating their contracts.
Yes, they have made us sign a "renovation" agreement with the signing lease agreement. But, it was signed by most of us thinking that the so-called renovation will apply for small improvements in nearby apartments when tenants vacate NOT the construction of entire buildings.
