One fine Friday morning I wake up to see there is no water at home, when I was stranded in the bathroom. I called up the leasing office & they said, we already informed you about it. But we never received any notice that there is a scheduled water outage. A few months back we received a mailer & a few water containers saying "Water might go off anytime this month!!", after that they informed us a few times & water wasn't there. But this time around they shut down the water without any intimation whatsoever.

Now the lady who picked up the call @ the leasing office says, if you have received the water, then you should be familiar with the water outage. Ever after I told her several times about the situation, she never bothered to understand. I even told her that I am too busy just to call & argue on something which is untrue. But she just went on & on with we can't do anything & we told you earlier stuff. I was very furious, left my number to speak to the manager. I got a call from them after an hour saying, We are Sorry, the outage was for a different building & they didn't know that even your building is connected to the same pipeline & therefore the outage.

First of all How can people not know while taking off the connection, which shows the irresponsible act. Second of all they never intimated us about it & third of all the way they spoke & not believing that we were not informed about it shows the attitude towards the residents.

I would say the people who work there take some training on Customer Service. All it takes is a little empathy & trying to find a solution for a problem.

I would say the Apartment complex is good with greenery, even the surroundings are very tidy, the maintenance guys are extremely helpful. But with these kind of things cropping up time & again, we are pushed to the extreme of moving out.
