Huge construction going on - do NOT move in till it is over

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
Very simple: do NOT move in until the construction is over. Period. Crazy noise all day every day except Sundays. Originally management said work would be done "some Saturdays", in the latest updates "some" has been dropped, so looks like it will be all Saturdays from now on. Dust, construction machinery all over the place.
