The service for the apt is really bad. People reported no hot water since 7 pm and not get any hot water until next day afternoon. It is really cold for recently. Without hot water, how can people deal with the shower at night or morning' The worse thing is the maintainence not knowing the progress when I called in around 12 am. Not sure why they setup the emergency 24 hrs support, but actually didn't function as it supposed to be. Very disappointed.
