Just moved out. The first two years here were pretty good. Decently priced rent ($1551/mo 2bed/2bath). Current rent prices $1700 are high for a place with lots of construction. The grounds are pretty nice (w/o construction) but until it's done it's pretty much a mess.
There used to be 3 pools, but now with remodeling/removal there is only one active pool - which makes it busy all the time. The work out/fitness room is remodeled, but pretty small. It gets really busy and smelly at peak times.
Parking is extremely bad with the construction. If you have one car - with the assigned parking - then it's ok. Otherwise -- it's a big PITA to find parking.
The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is great. They'll come out nearly immediately - someone always came by the same day or the next day. Sometimes they don't fix the problem (like the heater thermostats) but they are always quick to respond.
