This is not a great place to move into. The food smell is pretty strong and kids are always noisy and crying. They do not keep the place clean. They keep the patio area very dirty and use it for drying their laundry. I just feel that the rent is too high for a place like this. I will be moving out as soon as my lease ends.

I live at Mansion Grove, and I am not a "foreigner." I find this review VERY offensive. It is insensitive and rude. I agree that many residents have drying racks and junk on patios. Rules about what can be on patios are specific, but management has to make sure people follow rules or have some consequences.
