They will show you everything as though its great, even the remodeled apartments are just to increase rents, after all they are still the same apartments, old , moldy and creeky. you will end up paying a lot , even though you have to walk quite a lot of the rail, yes rivermark is close, thats the only benefit, nothing else. Even if someone walks we used to hear the sound. We were so much excited when we moved, but in 2-3 days we realized the truth. We are stuck and will soon break the lease and move. Though the new buildings have been constructed , there is a lot more work, and its dusty around. Maybe after 2 years you can think of moving. These are very old apartments....
