Terrible place

This place is TERRIBLE! The apartments are run down and try getting anything fixed! I had a window that was leaking and maintenance was out FIVE times and still couldn't fix it! The office staff is rude. I know the walls ... more

Looks beter but Live worst....!

Looks better when you see rental office, Gym, theater, Ping pong, Pool..etc. You would tempt to give sign the lease. Once you lease, Then you will realise, How much you can make use of the things they are advertising to ... more

Beware of Move Out Charges

Should you decide to move into Marina Playa, make sure that you document everything because management will charge you unfairly when you move out. I was charged $50 for "removing smoke odor" when no one ever smoked in the apartment. ... more

Sucks

Overcharge for things, rude lady they dont clean up geese poop or water. They warned us for having lights up. They are the worst ever. Everyone here hates the management. Waaaaay overpriced for what they are too.
