A pretty good deal.

I ama single male with another male room mate. I have lived here two and a half years. This apartment is a pretty good deal. The rates are reasonable. The terms of the lease are pretty standard. Also, the security deposit is very reasonable.

The staff is very friendly. If there is a problem, maintenance usually fixes it a day. Parking is ample and so are the washing machines.

The general area is very quiet and pretty cool due to the amount of trees on the property.
