Never - its just overpriced

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Below average place if you consider all drawbacks mentioned in all the reviews. Staying here will always be repenting my decision; I feel bad. This is also way overpriced; should be $1000 at best for 1 bedroom.
