Office staff is the worst I've ever seen.

People in the office don't know what they're talking about and need to learn customer service. They would yell at you from around the corner and try to carry a conversation like that, never smile, you ask them questions and they respond like, "who da hell are you'" They respond with little 'hmphs.' Just terrible times two! Messages aren't relayed so there's no sense of trust that things will get done. Sure a low-income housing can help you save money but that's it. I've seen a lot of broken car windows and noise coming from the walls around your apartment is highly audible. I feel if you just stay within your apartment and go to your car..without dealing with the office staff, then it's tolerable. I've never had to deal with the maintenance team but I'm sure they're ok! They at least say good morning to you! Office staff needs to change cause it's the worst i've ever encountered anywhere!!!
