Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
We cleaned the apartment for two days but only got a $100 of our $650 deposit. They charged us for carpet cleaning, linoleum cleaning and cleaning! $75 just for cleaning two blinds, more for wall repair.We had lived there for 3 years and kept the place very clean. They just don't understand the concept of NORMAL wear and tear!My advise if you are living there right now- get the once a year free carpet cleaning they offer and try to get the last carpet cleaning either right before or right after you move. Can find cheaper apartments in hte area....
