Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The apartment overall is excellent: safe, clean, bright, great maintainance, not as many units as other complex, great amenities, close to shopping, close but not next to highways, etc.

The only and biggest downside is the price. It's hundreds of dollars more expensive than properties with similar amenities.
